Start 2011 with Mayor-elect Fischer...

One City
Inaugural
Celebration Breakfast

Monday, January 3, 2011
7:30 - 9:00 AM
Kentucky International Convention Center
Cascade Room
(enter off Market between 3rd and 4th Streets)

The community is coming together for a FREE breakfast celebration to begin the day of Inaugural activities. Join other neighborhood and small city residents as we commemorate this special occasion.

During the breakfast, neighborhood associations and groups, HOA's and small cities are encouraged to contribute a neighborhood/city "Treasure" to Louisville's Community Chest. Select a representative to walk in the procession and place the item in the chest. The "Treasure" should represent your group's uniqueness in the community.
-What do you want Mayor Fischer to know about your area?-

Some suggestions:
  • a photo of an event or landmark
  • an item from a local neighborhood business
  • a book on your history or copy of a historical document
  • art from a local artist
  • newsletter or pamphlet
Be Creative! Show your neighborhood pride!!

*Center For Neighborhoods is limited to 250 tickets for distribution! Participating neighborhoods, HOA's and small cities will be recognized at the breakfast.

RESERVE YOUR TICKETS NOW - neighborhood associations and groups, and HOA's must have tickets, please contact Lisa at 502.589.0343 or lisad@centerforneighborhoods.org
