BENA PAINT PROJECT INFORMATION

Calling All Artists!

Center For Neighborhoods is excited to announce the Breckenridge Estates Neighborhood as the location for our next PAINT project. TARC (Transit Authority of River City) has provided additional funding for this project to create a total budget of $17,500. Since TARC, as an extension of the Federal Transit Authority, has generously helped fund this PAINT project, it must somehow incorporate the neighborhood bus stop(s).

Information Session was held November 10th, 2011

To prepare artists for the conceptual development of their project proposals, Center For Neighborhoods hosted a facilitated conversation with residents and stakeholders of the Breckenridge Estates neighborhood. This was a way for artists to listen and learn about this community, make connections, and capture essential information to inspire a winning project proposal. A TARC representative was also present to address any questions and concerns about the incorporation of bus stops in this project.
